In the initial stages of the Small Carbonization Furnace, the source of heat is used to heat up and carbonize a variety of raw materials such as coal rods, logs, plates, bark, bamboo, and more within the carbonization tank of the gasification type carbonization furnace. This process is essential as it plays a significant role in the entire carbonization process. Through this process, the raw materials are transformed into a valuable product that is widely used in various industrial sectors.

The recovery of all flue gas produced during the carbonization process is essential, as it allows for further utilization of the generated combustible gas. By subjecting the captured flue gas to purification and other necessary procedures, we can ensure that the resulting combustible gas is of high quality. This purified gas can then undergo secondary combustion, effectively utilizing the combustible gas generated by the system. This process optimizes the use of resources and enhances the overall combustion efficiency.

Throughout the entire production process, all requirements are met as there is a complete absence of flue gas emissions. To emphasize the significance of this achievement, it is important to note that no harmful gases are released into the environment throughout the entire production cycle. Shape structure

The small carbonization furnace is a cylindrical structure that primarily comprises five essential components, namely the main furnace, carbonization tank, smoke retrieval pipeline, smoke purification and management system, and equipment for loading and unloading carbon. The horizontal orientation of the furnace ensures a hassle-free and smooth carbonization process.

The main component of a furnace comprises of a heating chamber, furnace body and a layer of thermal insulation.

The carbonization tank is a durable, cylindrical container designed with a sealing cover and constructed using high temperature resistant steel plates. It offers convenient transportation options as it can be easily assembled as a complete unit.

The smoke generated during the carbonization process in the main furnace of the carbonization tank is extracted through a smoke recovery pipeline. The pipeline then directs the smoke towards a purification device, which cools and purifies the smoke. After purification, the flammable gas is then sent to the combustion chamber of the main furnace for combustion, facilitating air charring. This process enables efficient carbonization and minimizes harmful smoke emissions.

The small carbonization furnace comes equipped with a purification device, which is made up of a U-shaped channel that is isolated with a double-layer. This channel serves to effectively drain and filter the tar, preventing it from being released into the air along with the smoke generated by the carbonization chamber. As a result, the smoke produced is largely free from any pollutants, with most of it being composed of water vapor. This ensures that the overall carbonization process is both environmentally friendly and safe for use.
