Introduction

Working principle
Materials are crushed and ground against each other and broken at their cracks and defects in a process known as laminated crushing.
Normally, in live operation of a cone crusher, single particle crushing is only considered to occur when the size of the material is large or the crushing chamber size is small enough that an effective crushing layer cannot be formed, i.e. only the material at the feed and discharge ports is crushed in a single particle.
The material and the material will definitely crush each other and most of them are crushed in this case, i.e. the material is crushed in layers at all other locations in the crushing chamber.

Features
(1) There is a huge difference in structure. The main shaft of a conventional High Efficiency Cone Crusher is assembled with the carcass and the main shaft is inserted into the cone bronze sleeve inside the eccentric sleeve, which is driven by the bore of the eccentric sleeve to push the carcass together in a rotary motion.
The standard stipulates that the rotation of the carcass assembly must not be less than 15 rpm. The main shaft of the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is fixed in the centre hole of the frame, and only its centering and bowl-shaped tile frame section is fixed during operation. The body assembly is driven by the outer circle of the eccentric sleeve in a rotational pendulum movement. When the crusher is started at no load, it can rotate freely.
(2) Fast rotation speed. In order to obtain a higher yield, the material must be squeezed more often in the crushing chamber, so the design of the carcass has a much higher swing frequency than a conventional cone crusher, generally at least 40% higher.
(3) Large pendulum range. The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a new type of cone machine designed under the guidance of the new lamination theory, which is designed with a large swing range, so that the multi-layer material in the crushing chamber gets enough compression to crush.
(4) High finished product rate. Due to the elements of (2) and (3), the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has achieved very good results in practice, with a finished product rate of over 65%, which is over 80% higher compared to traditional cone crushers.
