Introduction

Working principle

The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing cavity, and the material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the blow, impact, shear and grinding of the hammer in high speed.

In the Crusher Hammers lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, and the material smaller than the size of the sieve is discharged through the sieve plate, while the coarse particles larger than the size of the sieve hole remain on the sieve plate and continue to be struck and ground by the hammer, and then discharged through the sieve plate.

6. The impact plate is quenched by high manganese casting and further improved by strengthening treatment to make the impact resistance. Single fixed, can be disassembled and replaced piece by piece, reducing maintenance costs.
