Working Principle

Materials entering the cavity of the Vertical Impact Crusher successively fall on the high speed spinning hammer and get crushed for the first time at the hammering zone under the action between the hammer and counter board. After high-frequency hammering and striking, materials fall on the median septum piling up and then they slide down on the bottom dumping disk of the high speed spinning rotor.

Then materials are thrown to the impact plate at high speed and then are enforced to be impact, crushed and ground when passing the mobile board hammer. Therefore, materials are repeatedly crushed, washed and ground under the gravity action, thus realizing the fine crushing process.

How to maintain the vertical impact crusher during use?

1.Equipment inspection

During the working process of the impact crusher, the daily inspection work should be done first. When the new machine is put into operation, the staff on duty must conduct a comprehensive inspection of the machine before work. The inspection contents include the equipment motor, the fastening of the fixed parts, the belt drive, and the bearing seal.

 The case of electrical switches. The main parts of the machine such as blow bars, impact linings, linings for wear must be checked weekly. If the parts are found to be seriously worn during the inspection process, they should be replaced in time.

2. Equipment lubrication

Regular attention and timely lubrication of the friction surface can effectively prolong the service life of the equipment. The lubricating oil used for lubrication should be determined according to the location of the machine, temperature and other conditions. Generally, calcium-sodium-based lubricating oil can be used. 

After every eight hours of operation, add lubricating oil into the bearing once, and replace the lubricating oil every three months. Grease once, clean the bearing carefully with clean gasoline or kerosene when changing the oil, and the grease added to the bearing seat is 50% of the volume.

3. Adjustment

In the process of work, the adjustment of relevant components should be done regularly, and the gap between the rotor and the counterattack liner should be adjusted regularly, which can effectively control the size of the discharge particle size and provide users with qualified materials. 

In addition, the adjustment work between the bottom of the feeding port and the gap between the blow bars should be done regularly. When adjusting it, the square steel on both sides of the frame should be removed, then the square steel should be pulled out, rotated and then turned in.

4. Maintenance
