Portable Jaw Crusher Working principle
In the process of crushing ore by portable jaw crusher, it is added to the crushing cavity of jaw crusher (by the fixed jaw plate and discharged.
The material located in the upper part of the crushing cavity has not been crushed to a small enough size, and then falls to the lower part of the crushing cavity, close to the fixed jaw When the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, the material that has been crushed to a size smaller than the size of the discharge port will be discharged from the bottom discharge port by its own weight.
The upper part of the crushing chamber has not been crushed to a small enough material, and then falls to the lower part of the crushing chamber, and is continuously crushed by the action of the jaw plate again.
