The feed pellet machine operates on a circular motion principle and relies on high-quality alloy steel components that have been specifically treated. The flat die and main shaft drive the pressure roller to rotate through friction, causing the material to be gelatinized and proteins to solidify under high temperatures between the mold and pressure roller. As a result, the denatured material is discharged through the mold's hole, forming pellet shapes.
