The machine works by discharging granules from die holes situated at the bottom, and then sending them out through the slinger. The cutter angle can be adjusted to control the length of the pellets. Interestingly, this machine is not driven by a v-belt but instead directly connected to the motor, which eliminates the negative effects of belt slipping and crashing.

Working principle

Machine Produce Pellet adopts template, pressure roller is treated with alloy steel, the main shaft and flat die drive the rotation of the pressure roller under the action of friction, the pressure roller and template generate high temperature to make starch ripen, protein denaturation and solidification.

The particles are discharged from the die hole under the pressing of the pressing roller, and the particles are sent out of the machine through the scraping disc. The length of the particles can be controlled by adjusting the angle of the cutter.
